Mexico officially is the United Mexican States is a federal constitutional republic in North of America. Mexico is the fifth largest country in Americas by total area and the 13th largest independent nation in the world. The language used by the Mexico people to communicate is Spanish. With an estimated population of over 113 million, Mexico is the world eleventh most populous country and the most populous Spanish speaking country. Mexico is a federation which comprising 31 states and only have one Federal District, the capita city.
Chichen Itza was a large pre-Columbian city which was built by the Maya civilization.
The presence of central Mexican style was once thought to have been representative of direct migration or even the conquest from central Mexico, but most of the contemporary view the presence of non Maya styles more as the result of cultural diffusion.
Chinchen Itza meaning "at the mouth of Itza well", is a Mayan City on the Yocatan Peninsula in Mexico, between Valladolid and Merida. Chinchen was establish before the period of Christopher Colombus and probably it served as the religion center.
Now a day Chinchen is the second most visited site of Mexico. Traveller likes to visit Chinchen Itza as a day trip. Chinchen Itza now including one of the new seven wonders of the world; the Kukulkan Pyramid is located in the Yucatan Peninsula where locate at Yucatan State; Mexico between Merida and Valladolid is only 120 km from Merida.
