The Columbia Ice field is an ice field located in the Canadian Rockies. The ice field lies partly in the northwestern tip of Banff National Park and the southern end at Jasper National Park. It is about 325km in area, 100 to 365 meters and 328 to 1197 in depth and receives up to 7 meter (275 in)of snowfall per year.
